Terms of use

Last updated September 30, 2026

These terms cover your use of Kinfire, made by Blackhook Group. By using the app you agree to them. If you got Kinfire from the App Store, Apple's standard license agreement also applies.

Your recordings

You own what you record. You give us permission to store your recordings and share them with the people in your family, which is the only reason we have them. You can delete them at any time (see the privacy policy).

Using Kinfire fairly

Only record yourself, or people who are fine with being recorded. Do not use Kinfire to harass anyone or to share anything illegal. Share your invite code only with people you want in your family. We may remove a family that breaks these rules.

No guarantees

We work hard to keep Kinfire running and your answers safe, but the app is provided as is. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for Kinfire in the last 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
